With the agro-ecological transition, hedgerows find a real relevance in agricultural systems. But how can we envisage the multi-functionality of a hedge on a farm? How can it be managed to meet this objective? How can this knowledge be integrated into teaching? It is the triple questioning that drives a small collective of teachers organized within a national agricultural education system. A specific accompaniment, in which we are researchers involved, through practice analyses, allows us to determine the conceptual knowledge at the heart of the activities of both hedge professionals and teachers. Avec la transition agro-écologique, la haie retrouve une réelle pertinence dans les systèmes agricoles. Mais comment envisager la multifonctionnalité d’une haie sur une exploitation agricole ? Comment la gérer pour répondre à cet objectif ? Comment intégrer ces savoirs dans les enseignements ? C’est le triple questionnement qui anime un petit collectif d’enseignants organisé au sein d’un dispositif national de l’enseignement agricole. Un accompagnement spécifique, dans lequel nous sommes chercheurs impliqués, au travers d’analyses de pratiques, permet de déterminer les savoirs conceptuels au coeur des activités tant des professionnels de la haie que des enseignants.
