This study is based on a survey of seven school teachers, who participated in pedagogical actions on change and temporalities, in two territories of Human-Environment Observatory. The survey highlights the following findings: these pedagogical actions are regarded as innovative, through the presence into school of researchers and civil society actors, the systematic articulation of three temporalities, and the co-constructed implementation of pluridisciplinary projects. The construction of these experimentations or their transfer is not impossible, but there are many organizational and institutional obstacles. Finally, these approaches appear as elements of an education for the territory which, because of its citizen prospective dimension, is an education for sustainable development (ESD). Teachers appropriate these approaches by linking them to the prescriptions of the new curricula published in 2015. The paradox is that the institution, which prescribes teaching content encouraging systemic approaches (2015) to ESD, also generates constraints that hamper their implementation. Cette étude s’appuie sur un travail d’enquête réalisé auprès de sept professeurs des écoles, ayant participé à des actions pédagogiques portant sur le changement et les temporalités, dans deux territoires d’Observatoires Homme-Milieux (OHM). L’enquête met en évidence les constats suivants : ces actions pédagogiques sont considérées comme innovantes, par la présence à l’école des chercheurs et des acteurs de la société civile, l’articulation systématique de trois temporalités, et la mise en oeuvre co-construite de projets pluridisciplinaires. La construction de ces expériences ou leur transfert n’est pas impossible mais les freins organisationnels et institutionnels sont nombreux. Enfin, ces démarches apparaissent comme des éléments d’une éducation au territoire qui, par sa dimension de prospective citoyenne, est une Education au Développement Durable (EDD). Les enseignants s’approprient ces démarches en les reliant aux prescriptions des nouveaux programmes de 2015. Le paradoxe est que l’institution, qui prescrit des programmes et émet une circulaire encourageant les approches systémiques (2015) d’EDD, génère aussi des contraintes qui gênent leur mise en oeuvre.
