Environmental and development issues are a field of contestation between the political and the anti-political. Their content enables the development of a political literacy as a synergy between four components: literacy, deliberation, experience and citizenship. Such political literacy is the foundation for an education for the political integrating science education and training as well as environmental and sustainable development education in a broader framework. The case study of the prescriptions of the Tunisian university shows that the tension between the political and the anti-political shape this synergy by influencing variables in the construction of these contents such as, for example, the pedagogical modalities involved. Les questions environnementales et de développement constituent un champ de contestation entre le politique et l’antipolitique. Leurs contenus permettent le développement d’une littératie politique comme synergie entre quatre composantes : littératie, délibération, expérience et citoyenneté. Une telle littératie politique constitue l’assise pour une éducation au politique intégrant l’éducation et la formation scientifiques ainsi que les éducations à l’environnement et au développement durable dans un cadre plus large. L’étude du cas des prescriptions de l’université tunisienne montre que la tension entre le politique et l’antipolitique, dans le contexte d’une transition vers la durabilité sociopolitique, façonne aussi cette synergie en influençant des variables de la construction de ces contenus comme celle des modalités pédagogiques impliquées. The introduction of the agroecological transition in agricultural schools gives rise to various pedagogical forms and reflects various conceptions of this transition. The students reasoning become progressively more complex during their schooling to integrate controversies and express a diversity of points of view. Import of intermediate objects into the class reflects the diversity of agroecological practices, links different discourses on agroecology and connects the different ways of knowledge production and matters. The research led to a collective questioning of teachers about teaching of agroecology, about the links with the pedagogical farm and other actors. L’introduction de la transition agroécologique dans l’enseignement agricole donne lieu à des formes didactiques variées et rend compte d’une diversité de conceptions de cette transition agroécologique. Les raisonnements des élèves vont se complexifier progressivement au cours de leur scolarité pour prendre en compte les controverses et exprimer une diversité de points de vue. L’importation dans la classe d’objets intermédiaires rend compte d’une diversité de pratiques agroécologiques, met en lien différents discours sur l’agroécologie et décloisonne les différents espaces de production de savoirs et les disciplines. La recherche a conduit à un questionnement collectif des enseignants sur les pratiques d’enseignement de l’agroécologie, sur les liens avec l’exploitation du lycée et d’autres acteurs. Within the engineering school INP-ENSIACET (Institut National Polytechnique- Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques), a team of teachers built a game based activity involving the life cycle of products of the current life (shower gel, cup of coffee, T-shirt). Their intention was to put the students (master level) of a teaching department in a small group learning situation in a playful way, to allow them to learn about the concept of life cycle thinking. The activity, accompanied by the teachers, allowed the students to confront and to clarify their own perception of the life cycle, to work the formulation of hypothesis used for analysis, to identify, to choose, then to define and to describe the useful indicators. The teachers, for this activity, adopted a new posture, being of the animation and the mediation. We return here on the experience feedback of these teachers. Au sein de l’école d’ingénieurs INP-ENSIACET (Institut National Polytechnique- Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques), une équipe d’enseignants a construit une activité pédagogique autour d’un jeu de plateau mobilisant le cycle de vie de produits de la vie courante (gel douche, tasse de café, T-shirt). Leur intention était de mettre les étudiants d’un pôle d’enseignement de niveau M2, en situation d’apprentissage en petit groupe, de manière ludique, entre autres, pour leur permettre d’appréhender le concept de pensée cycle de vie. L’activité, accompagnée par les enseignants, a permis aux étudiants de confronter et d’expliciter leurs différentes perceptions du cycle de vie, de travailler la formulation d’hypothèse de cadre d’analyse, d’identifier, de choisir, puis de définir et de décrire les grandeurs et indicateurs permettant cette analyse. Les enseignants ont, quant à eux, appréhendé une nouvelle posture, relevant de l’animation et de la médiation. Nous revenons ici sur le retour d’expérience de ces enseignants. Sustainable development is an important part of school curricula and standards, particularly in agricultural education. However, the teaching and education devoted to it all too often boils down to a collection of information or to behaviours to follow. However, it is both more conceptual and more practical teaching that can give young people sufficient reflexivity on human practices and activities to consider them from a sustainability perspective. We formalize and test the richness of the notion of "conceptual field" to consider how it can meet the objectives of forming judgement and empowering learners in terms of sustainability. Le développement durable est très présent dans les référentiels et les curricula scolaires, en particulier dans l’enseignement agricole. Pourtant, l’enseignement et l'éducation qui lui sont consacrés se résument trop souvent à un ensemble d’informations ou à des comportements à suivre. Or, c’est un enseignement tout à la fois plus conceptuel et plus pratique qui peut donner aux jeunes suffisamment de réflexivité sur les pratiques et les activités humaines afin de les envisager dans une perspective de durabilité. With the agro-ecological transition, hedgerows find a real relevance in agricultural systems. But how can we envisage the multi-functionality of a hedge on a farm? How can it be managed to meet this objective? How can this knowledge be integrated into teaching? It is the triple questioning that drives a small collective of teachers organized within a national agricultural education system. A specific accompaniment, in which we are researchers involved, through practice analyses, allows us to determine the conceptual knowledge at the heart of the activities of both hedge professionals and teachers. Our research is part of a transformative-sociocritical approach to an education for sustainable development (ESD) that considers landscapes as learning contexts. In this perspective, we interviewed 16- to 17-year-old students from the Lower St. Lawrence region (Quebec, Canada) about their relationships to knowledges as well as their role as a citizen regarding to environmental issues and the St. Lawrence River, the river they face on a daily basis. In respect of theoretical considerations, we propose articulating the concepts of relationships to knowledge, territorial and place identity and agency. An analysis of the questionnaires (N= 334) allows us especially to characterise the various identity-centred relationships with this landscape and define the eco-civic agency of the students. These findings open up proposals for a St. Lawrence River ESD curriculum that is grounded in student concerns and aims to make the treatment of social and ecological challenges in high school more meaningful, for greater engagement of young people about it. Notre recherche s’inscrit dans une approche transformatrice-sociocritique de l’éducation au développement durable (EDD) qui considère notamment les paysages comme contextes d’apprentissages. Dans cette optique, nous avons interrogé des élèves âgés de 16-17 ans de la région du Bas-Saint-Laurent (Québec, Canada) sur leurs rapports au Saint-Laurent, ce fleuve auquel ils font face au quotidien, ainsi que sur leur rôle en tant que citoyen à cet égard. Au plan théorique, nous proposons d’articuler les concepts de rapports aux savoirs, d’identité territoriale, d’identité de lieu et d’agentivité. L’analyse des questionnaires (N=334) permet plus particulièrement de caractériser différents rapports identitaires à ce paysage et de définir l’agentivité écocitoyenne des jeunes interrogés. Ces résultats ouvrent sur des propositions pour un curriculum de l’EDD du fleuve Saint-Laurent ancré dans les préoccupations des élèves et visant à conférer plus de sens au traitement des défis sociaux et écologiques à l’école secondaire, pour plus d’engagement des jeunes à ce propos. The introduction of the sex education (SE) in school curriculum faces several difficulties all around the world. In Tunisia, and in spite of the presence of directly related values to this type of education in the expected profile of the pupil; and in spite of the social and cultural evolution Tunisia is witnessing as the rest of the globe, this education has met a categorical refusal on behalf of the decision-makers. Besides, the LIFE SCIENCE programs introduce the human reproduction in 9th grade. The contraception is presented as a family planning policy marginalizing by this sexuality with all its aspects and ignoring the needs of the pupils whose age varies from 14 to 16 years. Furthermore, the teachers use a speech with sociocultural dominance showing a return in favor to religious fundamentalism in disagreement with all the Tunisian legislation; which would not allow a sustainable transition towards universal values in connection with the sexuality. L’introduction de l’éducation sexuelle (ES) dans les cursus scolaires rencontre plusieurs difficultés partout dans le monde. En Tunisie et malgré la présence des valeurs en relation directe avec cette éducation dans le profil attendu de l’élève, et malgré l’évolution sociale et culturelle que vit la Tunisie parallèlement à celle mondiale, cette éducation est heurtée à un refus catégorique de la part des décideurs. Par ailleurs, les programmes des SVT abordent la reproduction humaine pour la première fois en 9ème année de l’enseignement de base. La contraception y est présentée comme une politique de planning familial marginalisant la sexualité avec toutes ses facettes et ignorant les besoins des élèves dont l’âge varie entre 14 et 16 ans. De plus, les enseignants utilisent un discours à dominance socio-culturelle montrant un retour vers l’intégrisme religieux en désaccord avec toute la législation tunisienne ; ce qui ne permettrait pas une transition durable vers des valeurs universelles en relation avec la sexualité. The urban agriculture in full expansion on a global scale promotes interdisciplinary and multi-stakeholder projects, with crucial issues for sustainable cities: sustainable food system, pollution management or ecological transition. The "Réseau-Agriville" created in 2014 by a multidisciplinary group of teacher-researchers from the University of Toulouse co-builds and shares educational and research resources on UA. An international team animates and uses the digital platform as part of training (students, communities and public space). An interdisciplinary approach (agronomy, urbanism, ecotoxicology, biogeochemistry, social sciences) is implemented to understand the complexity of ecosystems. Synergies between knowledge and know-how and the popularization of science are targeted. This communication concerns the study of collaborations on UA, thanks to the "Réseau-Agriville": objectives, creation of the tool and its concrete uses for teaching and research projects and finally its influence on social dynamics involved in AU. It is indeed important to analyse how digital transformation leads to complementarities and research-training synergies, and to trace responses for sectors such as UA and territories, from the local to the global scale. The research question studied in this communication is therefore: How does the Agriville Network influence the interactions between the different actors involved in UA (at local and global level, from production to consumption) throughout the research-action process implemented to promote ecological transition? L’agriculture (péri)urbaine (AU) en plein essor à l’échelle globale favorise les projets interdisciplinaires et multi-acteurs, aux enjeux cruciaux pour les villes durables : système alimentaire durable, gestion des pollutions et transition écologique. Le "Réseau-Agriville" créé en 2014 par un groupe pluridisciplinaire d'enseignants-chercheurs de l'Université de Toulouse co-construit et partage des ressources pédagogiques et de recherche sur l’AU. Une équipe internationale anime et utilise la plateforme numérique dans le cadre de formations (étudiants, collectivités et espace public). Une approche interdisciplinaire (agronomie, urbanisme, écotoxicologie, biogéochimie, sciences sociales) est mise en oeuvre pour appréhender la complexité des écosystèmes. Les synergies entre savoirs et savoir-faire et la vulgarisation scientifique sont visées. Cette communication concerne l'étude des collaborations sur l'AU, grâce au « Réseau-Agriville » : objectifs, création de l'outil et ses usages concrets pour des projets d'enseignement et de recherche et enfin son influence sur les dynamiques sociales impliquées dans les AU. From the vocational high school diploma to the Master's degree as with professionals, a project of collective equipment in rural areas offers methods of training throughout the life in the two goals of international cooperation and sustainable development of territories, in Corrèze and in Hungary. Specific in the French agricultural education, a 0.33 post for "animation and development of territories" was the trigger of this dynamics based on the collective reflexive thought. Three axes of development are committed in this time: the support of a collective of actors towards the conception of structuring processing tools with the aim of a transition in the modalities of valuation of the products of farms, support of Bachelor's and Master's degree students in their long-term professional training courses, declension of educational actions in the agricultural vocational education (associate degree and vocational high school diploma). Du bac professionnel au master comme auprès de professionnels, un projet d'outillage collectif en zones rurales fragiles offre des modalités de formation tout au long de la vie dans une double perspective de coopération internationale et de développement durable des territoires, en Corrèze et en Hongrie. Spécifique à l'enseignement agricole, le dispositif « tiers temps animation et développement des territoires » a été le déclencheur de cette dynamique fondée sur la pensée réflexive collective. Trois axes de développement sont dès-lors engagés : l'accompagnement d'un collectif d'acteurs vers la conception d'outils de transformation structurants en vue d'une transition dans les modalités de valorisation des produits de la ferme, l'accompagnement d'étudiants de licence professionnelle et de master dans des stages professionnels de longue durée, la déclinaison d'actions pédagogiques dans l'enseignement technique agricole (BTSA et Bac Professionnel).
